Ketl 2.5 brings a redesigned flows experience, a unified activity feed, smarter document AI, and a faster way to work across everything in Ketl.

Open and edit flows from anywhere

You can now open any task or note in a full editing panel — no matter where you are in the app. Whether you're browsing the Flows page, reviewing a document, or checking a case, clicking a flow opens the same consistent panel with everything you need.

  • Titles — flows now have a dedicated title field to name your tasks and notes clearly
  • Checklists — break tasks into steps with a built-in checklist, right inside the flow
  • Reminders — set a reminder on any task so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Add assignees, status, deadlines, planning dates, tags, and references all in one place
  • Reference files, entities, clients, and projects directly in the flow body
  • Reply directly with mentions and references to files, clients, or projects
  • Share any flow via a direct link — copy the URL and send it to a teammate
  • Expand to full screen for more focus

Activity feed — always in reach

A new activity drawer is available from the top bar at any time. It gives you a live feed of everything happening across your workspace without leaving your current screen.

  • Switch between Activity, Assignments, and Mentions tabs
  • Filter to unread only — preference is saved across sessions
  • Mark everything as read in one click
  • Click any item to open to the flow

Create tasks and notes faster

Creating a task or note from within a document, entity, or case is now faster and smarter. The creation panel is consistent everywhere.

  • Works on both filed and un-filed documents — you can now create flows directly from a document even before it's been filed
  • If the document is already filed, the relevant client or project is pre-filled automatically — no manual selection needed
  • Switch between Note and Task mode in one click
  • Add assignees, tags, planning dates, and checklists before submitting

Flows page — redesigned

The Flows page has been rebuilt from the ground up to be faster and more flexible.

Smarter filters

Filter by assignee, status, deadline, tags, or subject — all at once.

  • Filters persist when you reload the page
  • Suggested filters are ranked by how often you use them
  • Share a filtered view via URL

Board view

Drag tasks between status columns to update them instantly. Each column represents a stage, and moving a card updates the status automatically.

Calendar view — fully rebuilt

View and manage your tasks on a calendar. Choose from Day, Week, 3-Day, Month, or List views.

  • The calendar opens at the current time automatically
  • Drag any task to a new date to reschedule it
  • Click an empty slot to create a new task with that date pre-filled
  • Toggle weekends on or off

Tasks grouped by subject

A new view groups all your tasks by client or project, giving you a higher-level picture of what's in progress across your entire portfolio — regardless of where each task was originally created.

Tags — everywhere you need them

A new tag picker is now available in every flow editing panel and in the task/note creation toolbar across documents, entities, and cases. Tags appear as color-coded labels and are searchable. Add or remove them at any point in the flow's lifecycle.

Cases — activity and tasks in one place

The case panel now has a toggle at the top to switch between the Activity view (all notes and messages) and the Tasks view (all tasks linked to that case). Both views are always one click away.

Quick actions on flows

Right-clicking a flow in any list now opens a context menu with quick actions — including marking it as complete without opening the full editing panel.
